Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your parcel. The product must be:

  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In its original packaging and condition
  3. Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Reports after this timeframe will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please attach clear photos or videos of the damaged product when contacting our team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings and jewelry accessories may not be returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within the return window.
  2. Provide order details and pictures (if applicable).
  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. Once the product is inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refund Method

Refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after inspection approval.
